Filey Bay Peated Finish is a Yorkshire single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery in Hunmanby, on the Yorkshire coast. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is mainly matured in first-fill bourbon casks, then given a secondary maturation in peated casks. The distillery grows all of the barley it uses and draws on farm-sourced water for every batch.
It is described as light, fresh and coastal, with caramel, peat smoke and citrus, soft and subtly smoky.
