Filey Bay Flagship is a Yorkshire single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, made with 100% homegrown barley. It continues the bourbon-matured style of the distillery's First and Second Releases, which were launched in 2019.
It is intended as the cornerstone of the distillery's core range and shows its house style. The character is light, fruity and creamy.
In the glass it is described as light, creamy and fruity, with flavours of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla.
