Filey Bay Peated Finish is a field to bottle single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery in Yorkshire, England, with Joe Clark as whisky maker. It matured first in 200 litre first-fill bourbon casks and then had a second maturation in peated Scotch casks, a route that differs from the earlier Filey Bay releases.
It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and no chill filtration. The release is limited to 6,000 bottles.
It is described as light, fresh and coastal, with caramel, peat smoke and citrus, and the smoke is gentle against a soft sweetness.
