This is a field to bottle single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery on the Yorkshire coast of England, released as Filey Bay Moscatel Finish Batch 4. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The spirit first matured in 200 litre bourbon casks, then moved to 250 litre hogsheads from Spain that had held Moscatel for ten years. The batch runs to 6,000 bottles.
It is described as soft, sweet and fruity, with notes of orange, honey, dried fruits and cocoa.
