Dàlvve The Signature Malt is a single malt from High Coast Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV. Its name means winter in southern Sami. It was the distillery's first ongoing release, first presented in November 2016, and it has been made in batches to the same recipe since.
The base is whisky of just over five years old, matured in 200 litre first-fill bourbon barrels. About a quarter of it is peated malt, giving a light, medium-smoky style. Small variations from batch to batch depend on the casks. It is neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
