Aneas Coffey is a single grain Irish whiskey from High N' Wicked, distilled in County Cork in a continuous Coffey column still.
The mash bill is 95% French maize and 5% malted Irish barley. The whiskey was aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for six months in Tinta Negra Madeira casks that held extra sweet Madeira. It is non-chill-filtered, so some cloudiness may appear.
