High N' Wicked No. 6 "The Judge" is a straight bourbon aged for 10 years and then finished in Hungarian Tokaji wine barrels. It is bottled at 104 proof (52%) and forms part of the producer's limited No. 6 series.
The nose combines honey, toasted oak, dried apricot, vanilla and a hint of wine sweetness. The palate brings rich caramel, warm spice, stone fruit, honeyed sugar and textured oak. The finish is long and warm, with lingering fruit, spice and a sweet wine character.
