This is an 11 year old Highland single malt bottled by Thompson Bros. It was distilled in Ross-shire in 2011 and bottled in 2022.
The whisky is a vatting of three first fill casks. The label is made from artwork by KMG YEAH.
The nose is meadowsweet, dried mango, vanilla cream, coconut shavings, salted butter, ground ginger, lemon peel, peach tea and chamomile. On the palate it is ripe, juicy peach, mango syrup, ginger liqueur and buttercream, creamy and fruity. The finish is long, with spice and stone fruit coating the mouth.
