Distilled at Highland Park in 1990 and matured in Oloroso sherry seasoned cask as well as bourbon cask this 19-year-old whisky is a very rare collectible. This private bottling takes its name from the 12th century carving by Norse Crusaders. It’s palate hits vibrantly with oily sherry notes and fruits and dovetails into more subtle tones of peat ashes, nutmeg and sweet custard.
