Hillrock Cabernet Finish Solera Aged Bourbon is a bourbon aged by the solera method, in which a stack of barrels is drawn from periodically and topped up with new whiskey, so that no barrel is ever fully emptied. Hillrock marries its small-barrel-aged Estate Bourbon with mature seed bourbon, and this expression carries a Cabernet finish.
