Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon is an American bourbon bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the first American whiskey aged by the Solera method, which has long been used for sherry, port, madeira and cognac.
The bourbon is finished in 20-year-old Oloroso sherry casks. It is described as having floral notes layered with fig, roasted walnuts, candied fruit and spicy rye.
