Hinch Single Malt is an Irish whiskey bottled at 43% ABV. It is matured in ex-bourbon American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, selected by the head distiller.
The nose opens with candied orange and bright citrus, with warm ginger spice and a note of honey. On the palate it is clean and fresh, with toffee apple, peach syrup and a last touch of biscuit. The finish is clean and uplifting, with citrus and honey that linger.
