Hirsch The Departure is an American single malt whiskey, made from 100% malted barley and distilled in the United States. It is bottled at 49% ABV, or 98 proof.
The nose offers caramelised sugar, toasted oak and orchard fruits. On the palate come honeyed malt, baking spices and dark chocolate, followed by a smooth, lingering finish with a subtle smokiness.
