Holyrood Noir Bordeaux Yeast is a Lowlands single malt bottled in 2025 at 47.1%, in a 70cl bottle. A Bordeaux wine yeast is used in its making, and the whisky was matured in bourbon casks and Bordeaux barriques. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers red berries, grapes, chocolate and fine spice. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with cherries, cocoa, malt and a restrained sweetness, leading to a long finish.
