Height of Arrows Gin

A gin from the Holyrood distillery in Edinburgh, made with only three ingredients: juniper berries, sea salt from the Isle of Skye and natural beeswax. The approach echoes whisky making, favouring simplicity to build texture and flavour. The nose is fresh and resinous, with pine needles and citrus zest. The palate is oily and mouth-coating, with juicy orange and lemon, then black pepper and cardamom softened by an herbal touch. The finish is long and dry, carrying the spice through. The bottle design, introduced in 2024, takes its inspiration from Arthur's Seat, whose Gaelic name gives the gin its own.
