Homegrown Boone's Bourbon is made by the American singer-songwriter Tyler Boone. It is matured in new charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 117 proof. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley.
Coppery amber in colour, it has a sweet nose of caramel corn, cloves, a little pepper and vanilla. Caramel opens the palate, followed by warm butter, cinnamon, smoke and a dash of apple. The finish brings a burst of cinnamon and rancio.
