This is a 6 year old American whiskey from Hooten Young, a limited edition finished in Zinfandel wine barrels. The barrels come from the Rockpile Vineyard at Mauritson Winery.
The finish is what sets the bottle apart: the whiskey takes on the red fruit and Asian spice character of the vineyard's Zinfandel. It is bottled at 46% ABV.
