A limited edition, signed bottle of Horse Soldier Barrel Strength Bourbon. The mash bill is 70% corn, 20% soft red winter wheat and 10% two-row barley, and the whiskey is made from grain, water, yeast and wood with no additives or artificial colour. Its colour is poppy topaz.
It is meant to be sipped neat or with ice, and it also suits a Sazerac, an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan.
The nose offers caramel, honey, butterscotch, cashew and spiced raisin with a hint of toffee, and a deep inhale brings apples, citrus and leather.
