Horse Soldier Bourbon Limited Edition Signed Bottle (43.5%)

Horse Soldier Bourbon is made from a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% barley, and bottled at 43.5% ABV. This is a limited edition signed bottle. The water comes from limestone aquifers, and the bourbon is made from grain, water, yeast and wood, without additives or artificial colour. It has a copper hue. The nose offers caramel, toasted corn, oak, cinnamon and dark fruit. On the palate there are oak, vanilla, nutmeg, mild black pepper and a little honey, with a medium body and a warm, spicy feel.
