Horse Soldier Small Batch Bourbon Limited Edition Signed Bottle (47.5%)

Horse Soldier Small Batch Bourbon is a bourbon bottled at 47.5% ABV, in a limited edition signed bottle. The mash bill is 70% corn, 20% soft red winter wheat and 10% two-row barley, made with filtered limestone aquifer water and no additives or artificial colour. The 595 on the label is the team number of the Special Forces unit whose Green Berets were the first into Afghanistan, riding into battle on horses. The colour is a warm golden caramel. The nose brings caramel, honey, butterscotch, cashew and spiced raisin with a hint of toffee, and a deeper breath adds apple, citrus and leather.
