It matured for 14 years in a single ex-bourbon barrel, which produced 294 bottles at 50% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring. The nose brings sweet cereal, vanilla fudge, pralines, raisins and orange peel. The palate is rich and rounded, with Manuka honey, vanilla, chocolate orange, buttery pastry and a touch of white pepper. About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
