This is a single malt from Chichibu distillery, part of the Ichiro's Malt range, distilled in 2012 and matured in a white wine cask. It was released exclusively for Takashimaya, in a limited number of bottles.
Chichibu is a small distillery with nine full-time employees. It is owned by Venture Whisky, founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama, just outside Tokyo. The whisky comes in a 70cl bottle with its original box.
