Il Rosso dell'Abazia DOC is a red wine from Serafini e Vidotto, made in the Montello area. It is produced from a careful selection of grape varieties including Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Ageing in wooden barrels develops soft vanilla and sweet spice notes, harmonising with a vibrant cherry and small red fruit character. The nose is intense and enveloping, with undergrowth and a light herbaceous tone; the palate shows pleasant sapidity and velvety tannins, leading to a persistent and decisive finish.
