A Pinot Nero from the Colli Trevigiani hills, selected from vineyards suited to this demanding grape. It shows a ruby red colour with garnet reflections and an elegant bouquet of cherry, raspberry and light spicy notes. On the palate it is harmonious and velvety, with soft tannins and a pleasant aromatic persistence. Ageing in oak barrels adds structure without weighing down the freshness. It pairs well with white meats, mushrooms or soft cheeses.
