InchDairnie RyeLaw is a single grain Scotch whisky and the first release from InchDairnie Distillery in Fife. It is a 2017 vintage, bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The mashbill is 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. The spirit is run through a mash filter rather than a mash tun to handle the viscous rye, is double distilled, partly in the distillery's own Lomond still, and is aged in new American oak. On the nose there is rye spiciness with mellow oak over soft vanilla. The palate brings peppery rye, an oily, mouth-coating texture and sweet biscuity cereal with dried fruit.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
