Finglassie 2017/2023 is a six-year-old Lowland single malt from InchDairnie Distillery, which opened in 2015 north of Edinburgh. Finglassie is the name given to its spirit made from peated malt. It was distilled in January 2017 and bottled in July 2023 at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, as Small Batch #3 from Rest & Be Thankful.
The whisky was matured in Islay whisky casks and finished in ex-Jamaica rum casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has natural colour.
Peat, campfire smoke, candied orange and tropical fruit are the flavours it is known for.
