This is a single cask Glentauchers distilled in 2012 and finished in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. The reracking was the work of Alistair Walker. Infrequent Flyers bottled it at 57.1% ABV, and 682 bottles were produced.
The nose is fruit and spice with a Christmas character: panettone, cherries and raisins soaked in sherry. The palate is intense, with chocolate and blueberry tart. The finish brings dates, pipe tobacco and tarte tatin.
