A Cannonau di Sardegna DOC red wine from Sa Raja. It shows an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections with ageing. The nose offers ripe red fruit such as cherry and plum, Mediterranean spice, and light tobacco and leather notes from maturation in wood. On the palate it is robust but balanced, with well-structured tannins and a long aromatic finish recalling fruit and spice. It suits grilled red meat, game and aged cheeses.
