Istade Rosato is a rosé wine from Sa Raja, produced in the Isola dei Nuraghi IGT. It has a very pale pink colour and aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, with a light floral touch of roses and violets. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with pleasant acidity balancing light body and red fruit flavours. Serve cold with light starters, fish and seafood dishes, or as an aperitif.
