A rum produced in small quantities from a careful selection of sugar cane molasses, distilled and aged for five years in oak barrels.
It has an intense golden colour with robust aromas. On the nose there are notes of vanilla, chocolate and exotic spices, with a toasted wood undertone. On the palate, molasses richness meets caramel, spice and a touch of dried fruit.
The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant warmth typical of cask strength rum. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for premium cocktails.
