An aged rum matured for five years in oak barrels, rich and intense with a navy-style character. Aromas range from toasted caramel to lightly spicy and vanilla notes. On the palate it is robust and full, with flavours evoking ripe fruit, honey and a touch of tobacco, leading to a long, pleasantly warming finish.
Its intensity suits neat tasting or adding decisive character to classic cocktails that call for a strong rum.
