A single cask Orkney single malt, bottled by the independent bottler A.D. Rattray from a bourbon hogshead.
It was distilled on 6 July 1998, matured for over 23 years and bottled on 18 April 2022 at a cask strength of 52.6% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, and 350 bottles were filled.
Dried apricots, berries and linseed show on the nose. The palate is spicy, with subtle peat, roasted walnuts and blackberries. The finish offers heather honey with lingering smoke and almond.
