Isle of Skye 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky with a 21-year age statement, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is made from island malts and Highland whiskies, many of them matured in sherry-seasoned oak.
The nose is coastal, with salted caramel, peat smoke, dried fruit, heather honey and seasoned oak. On the palate there is malt sweetness, dried apricot, peppery spice, gentle smoke and soft sherry warmth. The finish is long and warming, with oak spice, peat haze and Highland sweetness.
