The Gael Batch 2 is a blended Irish whiskey from J.J. Corry, put together from select stocks by the Irish whiskey bonder Louise McGuane.
The nose is bright and fruity, with lemon, lychee, peach and grapefruit peel alongside white flowers, white pepper and cucumber. On the palate it is medium-weight, silky and buttery, with melon, vanilla, pepper and sweet banana. The finish brings lemon and lively spice.
