This is the 2025 release of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Heritage, a Tennessee whiskey matured for at least seven years. It comes in a 75cl bottle at 50% ABV, or 100 proof.
The barrels are handcrafted, heavily toasted and low-char, a modern take on the distillery's earliest barrel-making process. The whiskey spent its years in the highest elevation barrel houses.
The nose offers vanilla, graham cracker and soft oak. The palate is a rich balance of vanilla, marshmallow and toffee, and the finish carries notes of brown sugar.
