Jack Daniel's – Black Label Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey (3L, 40%)

This is Jack Daniel's Old No. 7, the Black Label Tennessee whiskey, in a large 3000 ml bottle at 40% ABV. The whiskey inside is the standard Old No. 7: made from a mash of grains, filtered through charcoal by the Lincoln County Process and aged in new charred American oak barrels. The nose is light caramel and mild toffee sweetness, with some grain warmth and a gentle wood-char note. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with vanilla, light oak, brown sugar or molasses sweetness and a mild spicy, charred edge. The finish runs clean to medium, with soft wood warmth and a gentle drying.
