Jack Daniel's – Rye Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey (45%)

Jack Daniel's Rye is a Tennessee straight rye whiskey made in Lynchburg, Tennessee and bottled at 45% ABV. Its grain bill is 70% rye, and the spirit is charcoal-mellowed drop by drop before it is matured in handcrafted American oak barrels. That rye content gives it a spicier character than the classic Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey. In the glass it is a deep golden amber. The nose offers rye spice, vanilla, toasted oak and caramel. On the palate there is a bold rye bite with sweet vanilla, dried fruit and baking spices. The finish is smooth and long, with warm spice, oak and a soft sweetness.
