A Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's distillery, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The Bonded name refers to strict legal requirements on maturation time and strength. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The whiskey is matured in white oak casks and filtered through charcoal in the Lincoln County Process.
The nose combines spicy vanilla with caramel and oak. The palate is robust and full-bodied, with dark chocolate, spice and a restrained sweetness. The finish is long, warm and velvety, with a light touch of smoke and oak.
