Jack Daniel's Fire is a cinnamon-infused Tennessee whiskey in a 75cl bottle at 35%.
The cinnamon sits on top of the classic Jack Daniel's character, and the spirit is quiet and candy-like rather than fiery.
The nose recalls Red Hots cinnamon sweets without being overpowering. On the palate it opens sweet with vanilla and caramel, then shows some apple cider character in the middle, before the cinnamon arrives, kept in check by plenty of sugar.
Tasting Notes
Red Hots cinnamon sweets, not overpowering
Sweet vanilla and caramel, apple cider in the middle, cinnamon coming later
