Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's Distillery, which Jack Daniel founded in 1866. It is filtered through burning sugar maple charcoal for about a week, then kept in charred American white oak casks built by hand without nails or glue.
The nose brings caramel and vanilla, then a soft sweet note and finally maple wood smoke with caramelised sugar, along with liquorice. On the palate there is caramelised sugar, freshly roasted coffee and a touch of orange juice.
