This is a 2021 Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Tennessee whiskey from the Coy Hill barrel house, on the upper floors. Coy Hill is the highest point on the distillery's Lynchburg campus. It is bottled uncut at natural barrel proof, 72.1% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. The nose has caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and sweet corn, with dried fruit and brown sugar underneath. The palate is rich and powerful, with caramel, brown sugar, charred oak, vanilla and warming spice. The finish is long and warm, with oak, caramel, dried fruit and spice.
