Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Coy Hill is a 2021 Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at its natural barrel proof of 71.65% ABV (143.3 proof), in a 750ml bottle.
Coy Hill is the highest point on the Lynchburg campus, and the barrels for this release came from the upper floors of the barrel house.
The nose shows caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and sweet corn, with dried fruit and brown sugar beneath. The palate is rich and powerful, with caramel, brown sugar, charred oak, vanilla and warming spice. The finish is long and warm, with oak, caramel, dried fruit and spice.
