A single barrel Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, released in 2021 and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 69.9% ABV (139.8 proof). The barrel was matured on the upper floors of the Coy Hill barrel house, the highest point of the distillery's Lynchburg site.
Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and sweet corn lead the nose, with dried fruit and brown sugar underneath. The palate is rich and powerful, with caramel, brown sugar, charred oak, vanilla and warming spice. The finish is long and warm, with oak, caramel, dried fruit and spice.
