This is a single barrel Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's distillery in Lynchburg, a 2021 release from the upper floors of the Coy Hill barrel house. Coy Hill is the highest point on the distillery's campus. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at natural barrel proof, 143.7 proof or 71.85% ABV, and follows the Lincoln County Process. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and sweet corn, with dried fruit and brown sugar underneath. The palate is powerful and rich, with charred oak and warming spice. The finish is long, warm and assertive, with oak, caramel and dried fruit.
