Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Coy Hill 2021 is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel's distillery in Lynchburg, bottled uncut and unfiltered at natural barrel proof of 144.5 proof (72.25% ABV). Coy Hill is the highest point on the distillery's Lynchburg campus, and this barrel came from the upper floors of the Coy Hill barrel house.
Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and sweet corn lead the nose, with dried fruit and brown sugar underneath. The palate is rich, with caramel, brown sugar, charred oak, vanilla and warming spice. The finish is long and warm, with oak, caramel, dried fruit and spice.
