Jack Daniel's – Single Barrel Select Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 47%)

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 47% from a single barrel at the Jack Daniel distillery. The Master Distiller chooses each barrel for how well it stands alone as a bottling. Caramel and spice run through it, together with bright fruit and sweet aromatics. The nose has toasty oak, corn, cereal sweetness, a good smoke note, a little spice and toffee. The palate is full and mouth-filling, with cereal sweetness, rye, cigar box, nut oils, spice and an aniseed character. The finish is of good length, with a hint of citrus and more cereal sweetness.
