Gentleman Jack is a Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, in a 75cl bottle at 45% ABV. It is filtered through charcoal twice: once before it goes into the barrel, in the Lincoln County Process, and again before bottling.
The nose is spicy, with caramel, charred oak and a little aniseed. Liquorice leads the palate, alongside oak, cinnamon and a touch of banana. The finish is roasted and toasty, with plenty of spice and citrus.
