Jack Daniel's – Small Batch Special Release Coy Hill High Proof 2022 (37.5cl, 77.5%)

A small batch Tennessee whiskey from Jack Daniel's, released in 2022 and bottled at 77.55% ABV (155.1 proof) in a 37.5cl bottle. It is a blend of barrels from the Coy Hill barrel house, which sits at the highest elevation on the Lynchburg campus, and it is made by the Lincoln County process. The nose is typically described as caramelised sugar, dark dried fruit, charred oak, vanilla and leather. On the palate come caramel, dark cherry, oak char, brown sugar and cinnamon. The finish is very long, with charred oak, caramel, dried fruit and warming spice.
