This is Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee whiskey in a limited-edition papaya-coloured package, marking the second year of the Jack Daniel's x McLaren Racing partnership. It was announced on 27 March 2024 and comes in a 1L bottle at 40% ABV.
The whiskey inside is the standard Old No. 7: a mash bill of 80% corn, 8% rye and 12% malted barley, mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal and matured in new American white oak at Lynchburg, Tennessee.
The tasting notes describe banana bread, caramel and vanilla on the nose, a mellow, sweet palate of corn sweetness, light oak and a touch of cinnamon, and a clean, easy finish.
