Jägermeister 70 Icon Limited Edition (75cl)

This is a limited edition of Jägermeister, the German herbal liqueur, made to mark the brand's 70th anniversary. It comes in a black glass bottle with an embossed stag emblem. The liqueur inside follows the original recipe of 56 botanicals, including herbs, roots, fruit and spices, and it is usually served ice cold, though it also works in cocktails. On the nose there are herbal aromas with liquorice, citrus peel, warm spice and a subtle bitterness. The palate is rich and layered, with bittersweet herbs, cinnamon, anise, ginger and dark botanicals, balanced by gentle sweetness.
